Michael and Aimee met by chance while both working for the same bank. Aimee covered a shift at Michael's branch and it all started with Michael pulling up a chair and spending the whole day chatting with Aimee. They bonded over childhood video games and the conversation came so naturally Aimee knew right away that he was something special.

After a few VERY inconspicuous visits from Aimee to Michael's branch to withdrawal rolls of quarters she didn't actually need, a friendship started to blossom. Although it took quite a while for Michael to realize that Aimee wanted more than friendship, a blunt question and an Instagram meme finally lit a fire under Michael and the first date was scheduled!

Along came Christmas Eve and with a quick kiss that made it official, Santa brought more than a few gifts that year; He brought the first chapter of a love story!

Fast forward 5 years and, through all of the hardships and happy memories, Michael and Aimee's love only got stronger and with the help and support of both families Michael made Aimee the happiest girl alive and proposed at their 5 year anniversary dinner on 12/21/2024. With tears in her eyes Aimee said (the easiest) YES and the next chapter of their lives began!
